At La Rochelle Business School we train well-rounded managers with confirmed academic skills and unique experience in their sector. Our pedagogical methods are designed not only to prepare students for their future jobs, but also to ensure employability throughout their careers by providing them with solid fundamentals in management and an aptitude for learning new skills.

Our pedagogical methods are based on three dimensions that ensure a high-level of training:

  • Excellence in teaching and reinforced academic standards in the fundamentals of management
This means combining different teaching methods (business simulations, project groups, case studies, research papers for students in graduate programmes...) with a strong focus on experience (internships, Humacité projects, periods abroad, professional coaching, student clubs and associations...).

Our approach is inductive, a balanced programme of academic knowledge and practical skills where each student plays an active role in his training.

  • Continuous development of our faculty through academic and pedagogical research.
The faculty’s knowledge is continuously developed and recognised through contributions to different scientific communities, both national and international, as well as in the classroom.
  • Constantly listening to firms, both large and small, in France and abroad

Our goal is to identify their preoccupations and needs in order to develop relevant teaching materials (case studies, consultancy projects…) and research projects.
