The Master is organised around two essential roles:

- fundamentals serving PERFORMANCE: audit
- deployment of EXPERTISE: consulting

 Special features :

Students conduct a strategic audit for real customers within the framework of a partnership with the CCI in the area of business transfers and takeovers.

The programme is organised around twelve 30-hour course modules, not including personal work, conferences, projects, special assignments and assessments:
