Each student designs his own 3 to 4-year academic path (with or without a sandwich year), gradually gaining a triple specialisation:
- in a geo-cultural zone, as of the 2nd year, with a choice of 6 zones: Courses specific to each zone are offered (historical, social, cultural, political, macroeconomic and managerial approaches)
>Enlarged EU –Asia – North America – Hispano-Iberian world – Arab-Muslim world
- in a role, in the 3rd year: Specialising in a role allows the student to master skills in his chosen career.
> Marketing, finance, human resources, management control, negotiation, procurement/logistics, international development
- in a sector, in the 3rd year: Specialising in a sector allows students to understand the specific workings of the sector they have chosen for their career (financial, technological, human resources, sales).
> Tourism, events management, environment, distribution, industry, banking, sports

Year 1:

The first year is focused on acquiring management fundamentals. Experience: Creating a business (group project throughout the entire first year) + SCAP module + Cap anglophone internship in English (3 months –total immersion in an English-speaking environment).

Year 2:

Advanced courses (in management) + first specialised modules (specialisation in geo-cultural zones and pre-specialisation in roles). Experience: 3-month internship Possibility of choosing a specific path:
• Entrepreneur path (link to programmes/learning through experience)
• English language path: courses in English
• Finance and Accounting (DSCG) programme: preparation for careers in accounting, financial audit and management control
• International path: studies abroad in a partner university (6 to 12 months)
• Work-study path: combination of internships + specific modules (career management, public speaking, collective coaching).
Sandwich year (optional, between the 1st and 2nd or 2nd and 3rd years): A sandwich year can be devoted to a long internship with a firm in France or abroad, a student exchange programme or Humacité project.

Year 3:

Core courses devoted to strategic and systemic dimensions (development of the student’s capacity to analyse and organise information, to anticipate and manage risks) + choice of specialisations in a “role” (1st career orientation) and business sector. Experience: 6-month internship.
Research paper

A research paper written in the 3rd year allows students to deepen their knowledge of a specific subject. This exercise is designed to assess the student's capacity to methodically collect, analyse and organise information.
