Throughout his course of study, the student completes:

- 12 months of internships
- one HUMACITE project, devoted to a social, civic or humanitarian initiative
- one SCAP module (1st year)
- one 9 to 18-month experience abroad

The form and duration of each experience can vary according to the path selected.

  • Personal Development

Each student in the ESC programme receives support in defining his professional and personal goals thanks to the GEODE scheme (Grandir Etre Oser Devenir/Grow Be Dare Become).
The scheme consists in several phases:

  1. Integration: the student works on his aspirations and expectations
  2. Diagnostic: the student assesses his personal skills and learns more about himself
  3. Coaching : sessions with a coach in order to define personal and career goals
  4. Tutoring: the tutor helps ensure deployment of the student's plan by defining a training path that corresponds to his career goals.

During the second part of the programme, the student is supported by a mentor, a “young” graduate of La Rochelle Business School. He supports the student during the transition phase between the academic and business worlds.

Throughout their training all students take part in workshops devoted to:

- personal development (theatre, oral expression, body language)
- professional roles, the job market, job-hunting techniques and networking
This system is part of the EPD (Experience and Personal Development).
