Objectives
To acquire fundamental skills in managing people. Managing people and teams is not something that can be learned in the classroom, but through day-to-day experience. However, it is necessary to understand the fundamental concepts in order to avoid incidents that can be costly for a firm. This training course is designed to help managers develop the basic aspects of their personal managerial style.
